PREPARAZIONE:
Prendere due cipolle di Giarratana grandi o medie e tagliarle a rondelle, preparare in un piatto mollica , pecorino grattuggiato e sale; passare le cipolle tagliate nell’olio d’oliva da ambo le parti poi nel pangrattato precedentemete condito, disporle in una teglia e insaporirle con aromi (origano e peperoncino o capperi e menta ) infornare per circa 20 minuti.
