Authentic symbol of the homonymous Sicilian Town, Known as “pearl of the Ibleii”. Giarratana onion is a variety of sweet onion, and a single onion can reach 3 kg weight. It presents white-brownish bulbs and it is picked up between June and September.

CENTRO Extra vergin olive oil is the central ingredient of every dish, the center of traditional Sicilian culinary culture, for this reason the whole line is called “CENTRO”.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil gained by an accurate selection of two typical varieties of olives of the Ibleo territory, for that it takes the name Double.

Tonda Iblea

Extra Virgin Olive Oil gained by an accurate selection of Tonda Iblea olive, typical varieties of the Ibleo territory, in south-eastern Sicily.

Nocellara

Extra Virgin Olive Oil gained by an accurate selection of Nocellara olive, typical varieties of the western Sicily.
